Depending on your fitness goals, I can tailor sessions to meet your needs. We'll work up your individual training plan based on your personal goals and challenges, and invest quality time into developing your fitness.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We can work on functional training sessions in the gym at Ultimate Fitness in Ackworth, build your stamina and endurance with outdoor HIIT sessions or tackle forest trail runs with added strength reps. I'm as at home in the outdoors and in the gym, so I can offer you variety and ideally enjoyment! Training should be a pleasure and something you look forward to.

COACHING
If it's technique you want to focus on, with my sports science background I can evaluate your movements to create a focused training plan to maximise power and energy efficiency. As an experienced athlete and coach I can support you through the mental challenges too.
It's my aim to get you fit for your challenge.
